Beginning 06/06/2024, our billing software will transition to EPIC Billing for all dates of service 06/06/2024 and after. We are very excited about this new software as it aligns and integrates with our medical records EPIC software system. This new system will allow families to update their insurance information and pay the copays and/or balances on -line through the Patient Gateway even prior to their appointments.
Please keep in mind the new EPIC Billing system is only for service dates 06/06/2024 and AFTER. Our current system will still be handling all claims with service dates prior to 06/06/2024 and sending statements for those services if needed. It is possible families may receive statements from both systems depending on those service dates. We understand this may be a bit confusing, but our staff is ready to assist and answer questions that may arise.
Please be patient with our staff while this transition is happening as it is new to all of us, and we want to make both staff and families transition a great experience!
